Mike Morse
was born in Boston, MA and was on skis
by the age of 3. His passion for skiing
was great and his potential for success
even greater. At the beginning of his 8th
grade year he was asked to join Vermont’s
Killington Mountain School on a month-to-month
basis. He made the U.S. Ski Team in 2003
and skied Nor Ams for a couple of years,
landing on the podium at several of the
events. But he had to wait until 2005 before
finally capturing the Overall Nor Am Title.
He
was well on his way to being one of the
best mogul skiers in the world when he
was sidelined by almost career ending injuries.
In 2006 he had three surgeries in three
months, two on his knees and one on his
spine. He wasn’t quite sure what
kind of comeback he was going to have but
finally got back into true form in the
2008 season. With one of the strongest
men’s mogul team in history, Mike
managed to win both single and duals titles
in the 2008 U.S. National Championships.
He is skiing better than he ever has and
will certainly be a contender for World
Cup wins this season. His back and knees
are feeling great and he’s ready
to continue where he left off! He’s
trying to make his Olympic Debut in Vancouver
2010 and bring home a medal, preferable
GOLD!

Why I Chose Humane
Society For My Charity
For as long as I can remember I have been an
animal lover. I grew up with dogs and now have
a Pup of my own. There is nothing more disheartening
to me than to see an innocent animal suffering
needlessly. My hope is that with this charitable
donation to the Humane Society, I will be doing
my part to help all animals across the country.
