Shannon Bahrke has been a member of the U.S. Freestyle Ski Team for the past 10 years.  Her greatest achievement to date is winning a silver medal at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.  Look for her as she battles it out with her teammates for a spot on the 2010 Olympic Team in Vancouver!

Billy Demong certainly has had some amazing results in his career.  His biggest achievement so far was in 2007 when he was the first American Nordic Combined Skier ever to finish in the top three in the Overall World Cup standings.

As a young boy Bill Schuffenhauer grew up on the streets, but turned his hardships into opportunities by trying the sport of Bobsled.  Since becoming a member of Team USA in 2000, he has been a two time World Championship medalist and a member of two Olympic Teams, even bringing home a Silver Medal in the 2002 Olympic Games.  He's currently trying to make his 3rd Olympic Team  and compete for GOLD in Vancouver!   The charity he supports is the Volunteers of America and you can learn more about them at

Bryon Wilson took the world by storm this past year by winning a bronze medal in his 1st Olympic Games.  His electric smile and fantastic skiing made America proud.  Since he's still a youngster on the U.S. Ski Team, we know he's got many more medals to bring home!!

Andy Newell was born and raised in Vermont and has been a member of the U.S. Cross Country Ski Team for the past four years.  He has competed on 3 World Championship teams, 1 Olympic Team, and is looking to make 2 in Vancouver 2010!

Emiko Torito is a star member of the U.S. Freestyle Mogul Team.  She has had some ups and downs in her career but she has finally hit her stride.  In 2008 she won her first World Cup along with 3 other podium finishes.  She will definitely be in the chase for the top of the podium in Vancouver 2010!!

Emily Cook has been flipping and twisting through the air on the U.S. Freestyle Aerial Squad for the past 11 years.  She overcame a devastating crash in 2002 and is now jumping better than ever.  Look for her as a contender for the gold in Vancouver 2010.

With 14 years of experience on the U.S. Alpine Ski Team, Erik Schlopy has a resume a mile long!  With a wonderful wife, 2 amazing children, and 3 unforgettable trips to the Olympics, it only seems natural that Erik is trying to make his 4th Olympic appearance in Vancouver 2010!!

Jason "Earz" Smith, a natural shredder born and bred in Colorado, is one of the original members of the U.S. Snowboardcross Team.  Jason got his first World Cup win in 2005, which earned him a spot on the 2006 Olympic Team.  So keep an eye out for Jason to turn some heads in the 2010 Olympics.

2010 Silver Medal with the Hurricane!!

Current World Record holder Jeret “Speedy” Peterson has been a member of the U.S. Aerial Team for the past 8 years.  You may know him by the signature trick he performs, the “hurricane,” three flips and 5 twists in one jump.  He’s a 2 time Olympian and trying to take home Gold in Vancouver 2010!!

It is such a shame that women are not allowed to compete in the sport of Ski Jumping at the Olympics, because Jessica Jerome is certainly a contender to bring home the Gold Medal!  She is jumping better than ever and is expecting to have her best season yet!!

Jillian Vogtli has a high wattage smile that matches the way she skis, both amazing.  She is one of the few women in the world who competes an off-axis flipping trick in the moguls.  Watch for her this season and also in 2010 when she goes for her 3rd Olympic appearance in Vancouver!!

With a resume a mile long Johnny is hoping to add some more American records to the one he already owns.  In 2003 he was the 1st American to win a medal on the World Championship or Olympic stage.  And he did it in true Johnny style, by taking Gold!!

There is one reason that after the 2006 Winter Olympic Games Julia Mancuso sported a tiara, she is simply the Queen of it all.  With one Gold Medal around her neck she is on the path to win everything an Alpine Racer can, and she’ll do it all in style!

Kikkan lives and trains all the way up in Anchorage, AK.  She has been a member of the U.S. Cross-Country Ski Team for the past six years and has already made her mark in the history books.  In 2007 Kikkan became the first US woman to win a cross-country World Cup title!

Kris Freeman has been a member of the U.S. Cross-Country Ski Team for the past 6 years.  He is the first ever athlete with diabetes to compete at the international level in any endurance sports. AMAZING!!!!

Lindsey Van is a woman on a mission!  A mission to get Women’s Ski Jumping into the Olympics that is!!  Even though only men are able to compete in Olympics, that is not stopping her from accomplishing her other goals.  She is 12 time U.S. Women’s Jumping Champion and shows no signs of slowing down!

2010 Gold!!

In 2009, Team Night Train became the first American Bobsled Team to win a World Championship in half a century.  Piloted by Steve Holcomb and pushed by Justin Olsen, Steve Mesler and Curt Tomasevicz, keep an eye on USA 1 as they head toward the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver!

Patrick Deneen has stormed onto the World Cup Mogul Circuit!  2008 was his first year competing at this elite level and he has a lot to show for it.  He has 3 World Cup Podiums, he was the highest ranked American (5th in the world), and also took home the Rookie Of The Year Trophy.  Watch out world- because here comes Patrick!!!!!!

Scott Macartney is a legend on the U.S. Alpine Ski Team.  He loves speed and catching big air, but in 2008 with a bad combination of both of those things, he had a devastating crash in Kitzbuehel.  Many thought he would never ski again, but he is back and ready to battle his way to the top of the podium again!!
